London’s Madison Sports Group hired CRANK! to collaborate and oversee the relaunch of the veritable Berliner Sechstagerennen: PR, visual branding, marketing, communication and event strategy.

The Result

Our concept included:

  • Bike Expo – Bringing cycling brands for the first time under one concept into the velodrome
  • Fixed Gear Races – For the first time a raving event for amateurs was held thanks to the concept from Crank! communication and executed by Rad Race events.
  • New Look ad campaign – the popular designs for the poster and online campaigns were directed by Crank! communication
  • Marketing Activation – popular events such as the Strava “Alle Gegen Kalle” challenge brought an authentic side to the event organisation.

A 25% increase in ticket sales for the 2017 event and a successful modernisation. Proving again the effectiveness of CRANK! integrated marketing and communication strategies to connect to an existing base while attracting new fans.  CRANK! understands promotion and cycling!
